All commissions begin with the form located at the bottom of this page. Once you fill it out, our artist will eagerly reach out to you, offering guidance on how to move forward, along with essential details about any waitlist times. After a detailed discussion about your vision, the pricing, and the anticipated timeline, you will receive a contract and invoice. It’s only then that the commission will truly begin!

Slots & Wait List

Our artist takes on no more than 4 commissions at any given moment, dedicating 3 spots for shorter regular orders and reserving 1 for those time crunch rush orders and longer orders! Should the slots be filled when you reach out, worry not we will be happy to place you on the waitlist and will contact you as soon as a slot opens up for you!

Payment

Payment will be processed exclusively through PayPal. You can choose to cover the entire commission cost upfront or opt for a split payment of 50% at the script/planning approval stage and 50% before receiving the final Audio. Refunds are available solely prior to sketch approval. After signing the contract, you will receive an email detailing the price breakdown along with clear payment instructions.

Timelines

Depending on the size of the piece and the extras you choose to add, the time to complete the work will vary. Additionally, because multiple pieces are crafted simultaneously, this may extend the timeframe. Typically, the average request is completed in 7-10 days. Keep in mind, the inclusion of extras could lead to an extension of the timeline.

Rush/Priority orders reduce the timeline to 2-4 days at best, while we can prioritize your work, we can not make it any less of an effort to complete.
